The Blooms All Around quilt pattern makes a great scrap quilt designed by Phyllis Dobbs!
This quilt pattern can be used from scraps, for a colorful arrangement of flowers, in a pinwheel-type pattern. One flower block is different from the others to provide a focal point. The flowers are arranged in patchwork rows with sashing strips.

This is a pieced scrap quilt pattern. Size 53” W x 53” H
Block size 9” x 9” Finished & 9 ½” x 9 ½” Unfinished

This quilt pattern is also good to use for your layer cake and fat quarter pre-cut fabrics! This quilt is easy to adjust to a smaller or larger size by increasing or decreasing the number of blocks and/or rows!
